H2 hlth — effective 25 October 2026

This policy explains how the H2 hlth mobile app (“the app”, “we”) handles information. The app is published by Shenzhen Sipule Water Purification Equipment Co. Ltd.

1. We do not collect personal data

The app has no account, no sign-in and no user profile. We do not collect, transmit or sell personal information. Specifically:

• No analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs are included.
• No device identifiers, location data or contacts are accessed.
• No personal data is sent to our servers or to any third party.

2. Bluetooth

The app asks for Bluetooth permission solely to discover, pair with and control your H2 hlth bottle (electrolysis cycles, backflush, device time). Bluetooth communication happens directly between your phone and the bottle. We do not upload the results anywhere.

3. Notifications

Hydration reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Notification permission is used only to show these local reminders. No push notification server is involved.

4. Data stored on your device

Your settings (reminder times, device preferences) are stored locally on your phone. They are removed when you delete the app. We have no access to them.

5. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
